Enjoy this unique and delicious cake recipe and do post your comments below. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />Flour- 1 ½ cup <br />Baking Soda - 1tsp <br />Baking powder -2 tsps <br />Condensed milk – 3/4th cup + 1tbsps <br />Buttermilk – 3/4th cup <br />Oil – 1/3rd cup <br />Cinnamon – tsps <br />Nutmeg – 1/2tsps <br />Castor Sugar – ½ cup <br />Brown sugar – ½ cup <br />Grated carrot – 1 cup (can add more upto 2 cups) <br />Raisins – handful (soaked with water for an hour) <br />Baking 10 mins at 200 <br />160- 30 mins <br />Hung curd – 1cup <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Pre heat the oven at 200 degree celcius. Butter a 10 inch rectangular baking tin <br />- Sift flour, Baking soda, baking powder in separate bowl. <br />- Whisk together condensed milk, buttermilk, sugar, oil and spices (nutmeg, cinnamon) <br />- Mix this with the dry ingredients <br />- Finally mix grated carrot and raisins (without water) <br />- Scrap the in the prepared tin and bake at 200 degree celcius for 10 minutes. Then further at 160 degree celcius for 30 minutes until baked <br />- Remove from the oven, let it cool down in the mold for 10 minutes.
